* The raw materials mainly come from domestic market, Austrialia and Taiwan, chemical compositions and mechanical performances are strictly controlled, certificates are available;
* Drawing or blue print is accordance with customer's requirements;
* Process Flow Chart, control plan and initial process study ( CPK ) ;
· design the production procedures and prepare process drawings or control documents;
· qualified operators start process according to drawings and control documents strictly, meantime, check the quality ( dimensions ) and compare with drawings or documents one by one and records accordingly. |

| · appointed QC must inspect and supervise each procedure and make records, a analyzed report or chart and suggestions are ruled. |

· finished products must be put at appropriate and appointed place to wait for the further inspection;
· quality control department must test the finished products by random samples from each production lot, and do the complete quality checking by advanced spection apparatus and records accordingly, quality report or certificate are needed if necessary; |

· products would be packed according to customer's requirements and export
